"I have been with Natasha Parker for quite some time. I have always had a great experience whether it was with Natasha herself or one of her employees. They have taken care of not only my car insurance, but also renters, and life insurance. I always had access to the company during business hours as well as a 24 hour hotline. "Awesome service and gave me a great price for both my car and renters insurance. I emailed after regular business not thinking I would hear back until sometime the next day but nope Natasha sent me a messag that evening . She's been my agent for like a year now."

"Ms Parker is very unprofessional. After having 12 policies with her, there was a misunderstanding on one of the policies (I'll leave it at that) and a house burned to the ground with no insurance. When I called to inquire about the insurance she was very short and snippy with me. You would think after losing $175,000.00 she would be a little sympathetic, but nope she wasn't, whether it was my fault or hers or a combination of both. Well to add insult to injury I requested to have the remainder of my policies transferred to another state farm agent which I was told would take about 5 minutes of her time but after 2 months she still hadn't done it. I had to take time and call state farm corporate office to have this done. My advice is to stay clear and use another state farm agent. State Farm is a wonderful company but not all their agents are."

"After having State Farms for over 10 years, never missing a payment, no accidents and experiencing the process of having a vehicle stolen, rental payment, state farms reluctance to pay for total repairs, and a lot more stuff I need not mention, left a bad taste in my mouth. The people at the office may be OK but unfortunately they could care less about your issues. Trust me they do not care including Natasha Parker. If they invested more 'time' and effort in actually being communicable to people vs sending out fake appreciation and holiday greetings I'd feel differently. Please save your self some time and headache and DROP STATE FARMS IMMEDIATELY!! I moved to ALLSTATE for $100 cheaper! 3/27/2018 DON'T CHEAT YOURSELF, TREAT YOURSELF TO A BETTER RATE!!"
